Meet the Tailors
Introducing the leading quartet of the TechTailors team. Having founded the company together back in 2018, these people are the foundation of every successful project we’ve completed so far.
Miloš is one of the founding minds of TechTailors and has been an integral part of the team since day one. Before establishing the company, he acquired almost a decade of experience working in QA Automation and as a QA Manager. He mainly worked on projects in the translation industry and later moved on to work as a Senior QA engineer for IoT devices.
As the co-founder and co-owner of TechTailors, Miloš specializes in managing both people and automation. He’s ISTQB-certified and is instrumental for the team thanks to his broad, in-depth knowledge of the various tools and technologies used in modern software QA.
Outside work, you’ll usually find him fishing, scuba diving, or leading deep-sea diving trips.

Marko kicked off his QA career by rising through the ranks of Emisia Consulting as he worked there for 9 years. As that company’s Director of QA, he led a team of around 40 people solely dedicated to quality assurance. His vast experience also includes projects in the translation industry, giving him a solid grasp of the specifics of various software development cycles.
As one of the founding members of TechTailors, Marko is a Senior QA and Team Lead mostly working on IoT implementations. Besides leadership skills and automation, his speciality is load testing.
On top of all that, Marko is a sportsman at heart, known for his love of extreme cycling.

Ivica was one of the first developers hired by Emisia Consulting, working there for 9 years. He went on to become that company’s CTO and lead a team of almost 120 people. This also put him in a position to manage large-scale projects, and he still works with DualSoft, a regional leader in the gambling industry.
As one of TechTailors’ original founders, Ivica works as a Team Lead and Software Architect, ensuring everything we do is up to the highest standards. He specializes in backend development, DevOps, and product architecture.
When he’s not working, Ivica is an avid nature lover who enjoys hiking, extreme cycling, and spending time with his family in the outdoors.

Milić first entered the QA industry as a manual tester in Emisia Consulting. During the 7 years he spent there, he moved on to QA automation and ultimately became a QA Manager. His experience there is mostly related to projects in the transition industry.
After becoming one of the founding members of TechTailors, Milić was put in charge of some of our most demanding projects as QA Lead. This includes work for disparate industries such as wastewater management and clothesmaking, as well as QA consulting in the online gambling business. He specializes in establishing and organizing QA processes – especially when it comes to tackling existing but lacking QA structures.
When he’s not grappling with these processes, he’s a goalie in a futsal team and trains as a kickboxer.
